One Person Inc. is a non-profit organization
The team has been serving the Philadelphia, PA area for many years. Wanda Caliman, the founder established One Person Inc. in May 2005 in the state of Florida. Our core values as an organization are education, family, health awareness, and ownership. Through structured activities, we provide individuals and groups in the community with the opportunity to learn how important it is to believe and take stock in yourself and those around you. To live by example and not by the model of “Do as I say and not as I do”. Which is not a good model for anyone to live by. Our main function is to build one neighborhood at a time.
Our team of volunteers and dedicated staff members spend many hours developing programs and making numerous connections with many resources to make sure that our communities stay healthy in issues of everyday living. We keep them informed of all the up to date technology, current events, and educational models.
We are always looking for more volunteers and determined individuals to help others of all ages to live their best life. We are all learning and thriving to do just that, no one person is better than the next person here at One Person Inc. We all have a past, and that is just want it is the past. We are always moving forward.

Health Awareness
One Person Inc. is affiliated with a group of Doctors, Nurses, Counselors, and other medical professionals who assist us in offering detailed workshops on sexual education, sexual harassment, health & fitness, and many other topics involving the welfare of the neighborhoods.
Building Wealth
One Person Inc. offers resources and workshops on improving our neighborhood’s knowledge of how important it is to have financial stability, to learn investment products, ownership, and developing entrepreneurial skills.
Education
One Person Inc. is staffed with volunteers and qualified educators who support our education division of the company offering college application assistance, financial aid searches and application, setting up and managing literary programs, establishing infancy, elementary, middle school, high school, and senior book clubs in neighborhoods throughout the counties and neighboring cities.
Family
One Person Inc. Our “Knock on the Doors” concept for bringing the neighbors and communities together one person at a time, creates permanent relationships. We plan neighborhood activities, block parties, book clubs, bake contests, monthly birthday parties, and many more activities to inspire each people.
